Against all odds, Pradnya’s life was saved, but her journey to recovery was far from over. She remained on ventilator support for three months in the ICU, slowly regaining strength. In July 2024, she was finally moved home, still requiring oxygen support and unable to move her body. With unwavering determination and the support of rigorous physiotherapy and counseling, she made remarkable progress over six months. From being completely immobile, she now leads a near-normal life, even driving her car—an incredible testament to her resilience and hard work.
Pradnya attributes her recovery to divine grace and the unconditional love of her mother, whom she credits as her pillar of strength. She is profoundly grateful to her family, friends, and loved ones who stood by her during these testing times, providing endless care and support. This life-altering experience has given Pradnya a renewed sense of purpose. She is determined to inspire millions through her story, encouraging them to embrace their imperfections, strive for self-improvement, and unlock their true potential.

Ethosswitch came into existence with a completely different vision back in 2022. The vision of the organization was to provide personal training, coaching and counseling to individuals coming from all economic sectors of the society. Pradnya intended to achieve this by breaking the norms of expensive counseling services and making coaching and counseling affordable to individuals who wish to access their full potential and are devoid of such services due to economic challenges. The ethos of Ethosswitch remains unchanged today with the intention being the same.
We still strive to provide counseling, coaching and training to individuals from all sectors. However, we have been able to craft a niche in this service. The vision now extends to provide mental health consultant to cancer, trauma and critical illness patients. This strongly comes from Pradnya’s extensive journey being a cancer survivor herself and battling with trauma and critical illness for about a year. The fact she understands the challenges of individuals belonging to this section aids in providing powerful counseling to these individuals. She is completely focussed towards being a counselor for as many such patients she can through Ethosswitch.
